ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE / OBJET
The public voting system allows supporters to encourage their preferred candidate while maintaining the importance of professional jury evaluation.
Le système de vote public permet au public de soutenir sa candidate préférée, tout en maintenant l’importance de l’évaluation professionnelle du jury.
ARTICLE 2 — FREE VOTING / VOTE GRATUIT
Each person may cast one free vote every 24 hours for the candidate of their choice while voting is open.
Chaque personne peut effectuer un vote gratuit toutes les 24 heures pour la candidate de son choix pendant la période officielle de vote.
The organization may use reasonable technical measures to prevent duplicate, automated or abusive voting.
L’organisation peut utiliser des mesures techniques raisonnables afin d’empêcher les votes multiples abusifs, automatisés ou frauduleux.

ARTICLE 4 — SELECTION OF CANDIDATE / CHOIX DE LA CANDIDATE
When purchasing a voting pack, the supporter must clearly indicate the candidate to whom the votes are to be credited.
Lors de l’achat d’un pack de votes, le participant doit clairement indiquer la candidate à laquelle les votes doivent être attribués.
Once votes have been credited to a candidate, they normally cannot be transferred to another candidate.
ARTICLE 5 — PUBLIC SCORE CALCULATION

The candidate receiving the highest valid public vote total receives the maximum public score of 30 points.
La candidate obtenant le plus grand nombre de votes publics valides reçoit le maximum de 30 points.
Candidate Votes ÷ Highest Vote Total × 30

Example / Exemple:
Candidate A receives 3,000 votes.
The highest vote total is 4,000.
3,000 ÷ 4,000 × 30 = 22.5 points.
ARTICLE 6 — JURY SCORE / SCORE DU JURY
Jury evaluation represents a maximum of 70 points. Candidates may be assessed according to:

ARTICLE 8 — FRAUD & MANIPULATION
FRAUDE ET MANIPULATION
Automated voting, bots, unauthorized scripts, fraudulent payment methods, chargeback abuse, false identities or any deliberate attempt to manipulate voting results are prohibited.
Les votes automatisés, robots, scripts non autorisés, paiements frauduleux, abus de rétrofacturation, fausses identités ou toute tentative volontaire de manipulation sont interdits.
Invalid or fraudulent votes may be cancelled following review.
ARTICLE 9 — PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
PAIEMENTS ET REMBOURSEMENTS
Paid voting packs constitute support for the selected candidate within the public voting component of the competition.
Les packs de votes payants constituent un soutien à la candidate choisie dans le cadre du vote public.
Once valid votes have been credited, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the organization.

ARTICLE 10 — CLOSING OF VOTING

Only votes received and validated before the official closing time will be included in the final public vote total.

The organization may temporarily hide public vote totals near the end of the voting period in order to protect the integrity and suspense of the final result.
ARTICLE 11 — RESULT VERIFICATION

Before announcing the final results, the organization may review voting records, payment confirmations and jury scores to identify errors, duplicate transactions or irregularities.
Avant l’annonce des résultats finaux, l’organisation peut vérifier les registres de votes, confirmations de paiement et résultats du jury afin d’identifier toute erreur, transaction en double ou irrégularité.
ARTICLE 12 — ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in the public voting system constitutes acceptance of these voting rules and the general rules of Miss Lamoureux Royal International 2027.
La participation au système de vote public constitue l’acceptation du présent règlement ainsi que du règlement général de Miss Lamoureux Royal International 2027.

Miss Lamoureux Royal International is a private international competition. Public voting and support packs form only part of the evaluation process. No purchase guarantees selection, finalist status, title, award or victory.

Miss Lamoureux Royal International is a private international virtual competition designed to promote confidence, culture, leadership, positive communication, humanity and community engagement.

ARTICLE 1 — Format du concours / Competition Format
Le concours se déroule entièrement en ligne. Les candidatures, défis, vidéos, photos, présentations, évaluations et finale peuvent être réalisés à distance.
The competition is conducted entirely online. Applications, challenges, videos, photographs, presentations, judging and the final may all take place remotely.
ARTICLE 2 — Admission / Eligibility
Toute candidate doit soumettre une candidature complète, fournir des renseignements exacts et accepter le présent règlement. L'organisation se réserve le droit d'examiner chaque dossier avant admission.
Each candidate must submit a complete application, provide accurate information and agree to these rules. The organization reserves the right to review every application before admission.
ARTICLE 3 — Exactitude des informations / Accuracy of Information
Les informations, photos, vidéos, réalisations et autres éléments présentés par la candidate doivent être authentiques et ne doivent pas être volontairement trompeurs.
Information, photographs, videos, achievements and other material submitted by a candidate must be authentic and must not be intentionally misleading.
ARTICLE 4 — Participation virtuelle / Virtual Participation
Chaque candidate est responsable de disposer d'une connexion Internet, d'une adresse courriel valide et des moyens nécessaires pour transmettre ses contenus numériques.
Each candidate is responsible for having internet access, a valid email address and the necessary means to submit digital content.
ARTICLE 5 — Défis & activités / Challenges & Activities
Les candidates peuvent être invitées à participer à des défis virtuels, présentations vidéo, projets culturels, projets communautaires, activités de leadership ou autres évaluations liées au concours.
Candidates may be invited to participate in virtual challenges, video presentations, cultural projects, community projects, leadership activities or other competition-related evaluations.
ARTICLE 6 — Respect des échéances / Deadlines
Les candidates doivent respecter les dates limites communiquées. Un retard peut entraîner une perte de points ou, dans certains cas, le retrait d'une étape du concours.
Candidates must respect announced deadlines. Late submissions may result in a loss of points or, in certain cases, removal from a stage of the competition.
ARTICLE 7 — Comportement / Code of Conduct
Les candidates doivent maintenir un comportement respectueux, courtois et professionnel envers les autres candidates, le jury, l'organisation, les partenaires et le public.
Candidates must maintain respectful, courteous and professional conduct toward other candidates, judges, organizers, partners and the public.
L'intimidation, les menaces, le harcèlement, les attaques personnelles, les propos discriminatoires ou les tentatives de nuire à une autre candidate peuvent entraîner des mesures disciplinaires.
ARTICLE 8 — Évaluation / Judging
L'évaluation peut tenir compte notamment de la présentation, du leadership, de la communication, de la culture, de l'engagement, du projet présenté et du respect des consignes.
Judging may consider presentation, leadership, communication, culture, engagement, the candidate's project and compliance with competition instructions.
ARTICLE 9 — Jury / Judges
Le jury évalue les candidatures et performances selon les critères établis par l'organisation. Les décisions finales du concours sont prises dans le cadre du processus d'évaluation prévu.
Judges evaluate candidates and performances according to criteria established by the organization. Final competition decisions are made through the established judging process.
ARTICLE 10 — Vote du public / Public Voting
Si un vote du public est organisé, ses règles, sa période de validité et son poids dans l'évaluation finale seront annoncés séparément.
If public voting is used, the voting rules, valid voting period and its weight in the final evaluation will be announced separately.
ARTICLE 11 — Photos & vidéos / Photos & Videos
Les candidates doivent disposer des droits ou autorisations nécessaires pour tout contenu qu'elles soumettent.
Candidates must have the necessary rights or permissions for any content they submit.
La publication publique d'une photo, vidéo, biographie ou projet d'une candidate doit être faite dans le cadre des autorisations accordées à l'organisation.
ARTICLE 12 — Réseaux sociaux / Social Media
Les candidates peuvent partager leur participation sur leurs réseaux sociaux tout en respectant le règlement, les autres participantes et l'image du concours.
Candidates may share their participation on social media while respecting the rules, other participants and the integrity of the competition.
ARTICLE 13 — Frais / Fees
Tout frais applicable doit être clairement présenté avant paiement. Le paiement de frais d'inscription, de participation, de services ou de matériel ne garantit aucun classement, titre, récompense ou victoire.
Any applicable fee must be clearly disclosed before payment. Payment of application, participation, service or material fees does not guarantee placement, title, recognition or victory.
ARTICLE 14 — Retrait / Withdrawal
Une candidate peut demander à se retirer du concours. Elle doit communiquer sa décision à l'organisation dans les meilleurs délais.
A candidate may request to withdraw from the competition. She should communicate her decision to the organization as soon as reasonably possible.
ARTICLE 15 — Disqualification / Disqualification
Une candidature peut être suspendue ou retirée notamment en cas de fraude, fausse déclaration importante, comportement abusif, violation grave du règlement ou tentative de manipulation du processus d'évaluation.
A candidate may be suspended or removed in cases including fraud, material misrepresentation, abusive conduct, serious violation of the rules or attempted manipulation of the judging process.
ARTICLE 16 — Finale virtuelle / Virtual Final
La finale internationale se déroule virtuellement. Les finalistes recevront les instructions concernant les présentations, vidéos, horaires ou connexions nécessaires.
The international final is conducted virtually. Finalists will receive instructions regarding presentations, videos, schedules or required online connections.
ARTICLE 17 — Résultats / Results
Les résultats sont annoncés par les canaux officiels de Miss Lamoureux Royal International. La participation ne garantit aucune place, distinction ou reconnaissance.
Results are announced through the official channels of Miss Lamoureux Royal International. Participation does not guarantee placement, an award or recognition.
ARTICLE 18 — Protection des données / Privacy
Les renseignements personnels recueillis doivent être utilisés pour l'administration du concours, la communication avec les candidates et les activités auxquelles elles ont consenti.
Personal information collected should be used for competition administration, communication with candidates and activities to which they have consented.
ARTICLE 19 — Modifications / Amendments
L'organisation peut modifier le calendrier, les modalités virtuelles ou certains éléments du concours lorsque cela est nécessaire au bon déroulement du programme. Les changements importants seront communiqués aux candidates concernées.
The organization may modify the schedule, virtual arrangements or certain competition elements when reasonably necessary for the operation of the program. Material changes will be communicated to affected candidates.
ARTICLE 20 — Acceptation / Acceptance
En soumettant sa candidature, la candidate confirme avoir lu et compris le règlement applicable et accepte de respecter les conditions du concours.
By submitting an application, the candidate confirms that she has read and understood the applicable rules and agrees to comply with the competition requirements.
